Producer
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Producer is responsible for initiating new business opportunities and leading client relationships.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Practice/Industry Segment Leaders.
- Develop client ready content, speaking engagements, white papers, etc.
- Strengthen networking and sales opportunities with membership and leadership in associations, industry groups, etc.
- Requires 10% net growth for
book of business on an annual basis - Responsible for initiating new business opportunities – find new clients
- Responsible for overall client service delivery working in tandem with the team to foster
importance of client retention - Understand our client’s business and industry – seek out industry news, regulatory announcements, and relevant information
- Team leadership – assist the team with developing strategy for client goals, manage client expectations, and clear obstacles to achieve team success
- Develop and execute
annual business plan
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 + years of business development experience
- Relevant insurance industry experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Appropriate state
licensing required at time of hire or achieved within 90 days of hire date

Account Manager - Commercial
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Manager is responsible for brokering and managing clients with a $350,000 revenue target book of business and/or
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support Producers and Account Executives
- Oversee the servicing of a designated book of business as relating to marketing, claims, and administration
- Utilize system capability (AMS/Vertafore) and properly to maintain complete and accurate client and policy data and documents
- Recommend potential enhancements or improvements to processes and/or current policies
- Account round for coverage and/or policies we do not currently handle
- Review status on open claims
- Develop renewal coverage specifications
- Select insurers for submission; negotiate and follow up on quotes and do initial coverage analysis
- Develop and present renewal proposal to client on own book or in coordination with Account Executive with detailed year over year comparison of all elements of program
- Bind and invoice programs with carriers– review and submit to client
- Facilitate premium financing
- Follow up on policy/endorsement issuance and check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy prior to client delivery
- Complete Surplus Lines filing, if applicable
- Issue Certificate of Insurance
- Follow up for premium payment to insurer
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of relevant insurance industry experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Appropriate state licensing required
- Insurance industry designations are preferred
- Intermediate to advanced level of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
