Producer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Producer is responsible for initiating new business opportunities and leading client relationships.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Practice/Industry Segment Leaders.
  • Develop client ready content, speaking engagements, white papers, etc.
  • Strengthen networking and sales opportunities with membership and leadership in associations, industry groups, etc.
  • Requires 10% net growth for book of business on an annual basis
  • Responsible for initiating new business opportunities – find new clients
  • Responsible for overall client service delivery working in tandem with the team to foster importance of client retention
  • Understand our client’s business and industry – seek out industry news, regulatory announcements, and relevant information
  • Team leadership – assist the team with developing strategy for client goals, manage client expectations, and clear obstacles to achieve team success
  • Develop and execute annual business plan

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 + years of business development experience
  • Relevant insurance industry experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Appropriate state licensing required at time of hire or achieved within 90 days of hire date

Account Manager - Commercial

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Account Manager is responsible for brokering and managing clients with a $350,000 revenue target book of business and/or commensurate number of client relationships. The Account Manager will help assess the risk management needs of prospects and clients and will market new and renewal accounts. An understanding of the insurance market along with building and maintaining strong relationships with our insurer partners is essential.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Support Producers and Account Executives
  • Oversee the servicing of a designated book of business as relating to marketing, claims, and administration
  • Utilize system capability (AMS/Vertafore) and properly to maintain complete and accurate client and policy data and documents
  • Recommend potential enhancements or improvements to processes and/or current policies
  • Account round for coverage and/or policies we do not currently handle
  • Review status on open claims
  • Develop renewal coverage specifications
  • Select insurers for submission; negotiate and follow up on quotes and do initial coverage analysis
  • Develop and present renewal proposal to client on own book or in coordination with Account Executive with detailed year over year comparison of all elements of program
  • Bind and invoice programs with carriers– review and submit to client
  • Facilitate premium financing
  • Follow up on policy/endorsement issuance and check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy prior to client delivery
  • Complete Surplus Lines filing, if applicable
  • Issue Certificate of Insurance
  • Follow up for premium payment to insurer

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of relevant insurance industry experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Appropriate state licensing required
  • Insurance industry designations are preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced level of experience with Excel and PowerPoint

Marketing Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Analyst will perform day-to-day marketing duties and operational support including, collateral material design, social media management, email marketing, and website management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Work with sales and practice leaders to develop and update marketing material such as proposal documents, brochures, flyers, and industry white papers
  • Print and bind proposal materials for team presentations
  • Coordinate, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for making website updates via Hubspot and Wordpress
  • Create and manage the ongoing population of agency social media platforms and blogs
  • Work with sales team to develop market data research
  • Coordinate and execute client focused in-person and virtual agency events
  • Manage printed and promotional material inventory and procurement
  • Problem solve and provide administrative support for operations and sales teams

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree; 1+ year experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with Hubspot and Wordpress is preferred, but not required

Account Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

We serve as the underwriting and program manager for Title Industry Assurance Company (TIAC), a risk retention group. The Account Manager is responsible for underwriting and servicing a designated book of professional liability /E&O business for title agents and abstractors on a nationwide basis. An understanding of the insurance market along with building and maintaining strong relationships with TIAC and our clients is essential.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for growth, retention and client satisfaction when underwriting and servicing of a designated book of professional liability /E&O business for title agents and abstractors.
  • Coordinating all client service needs, including underwriting, submission review, claims, quoting, binding, invoicing, and other administrative duties.
  • Direct responsibility for client retention, growth, achievement of operating margin targets, and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Work directly with retail broker/agents and wholesalers, as appropriate.
  • Input renewal information into the rating database.
  • Verifying all clients are current members of ALTA.
  • Develop and present renewal proposal to client and do appropriate follow up.
  • Provide premium finance options, if requested from the client.
  • Handles all requests for mid-term changes or adjustments to an active policy, including increased limit requests, additional office requests, and Certificate issuance.
  • Utilize agency management system (Omega) to maintain accurate client, policy, and underwriting documents.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by executing proactive, creative, and on-going contact initiatives.
  • Monitor the TIAC book of business, including total premium collected, policyholder growth, and policyholder attrition.
  • Maintain privileged and confidential information.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 + years of relevant insurance industry experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Appropriate state licensing required
  • Insurance industry designations are preferred
  • Intermediate level of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
