His previous roles include leadership positions at Marsh, HUB International, and Arthur J. Gallagher, where he consistently achieved remarkable sales milestones, including generating $10 million in written premiums. He also helped guide the next generation of insurance professionals through mentorship programs with AssuredPartners, Risk Strategies, and ECBM.
