Kallie Drewyer is an Account Manager on the Commercial Lines team at B. F. Saul Insurance, specializing in assessing the risk management needs of prospects and clients and helping market new and renewal accounts. She is responsible for servicing a designated book of business/clients as it relates to marketing, claims, and administration. Kallie interned with Saul Centers for three summers before joining the B. F. Saul Insurance team in July of 2019.
Kallie specializes in middle-large market commercial accounts. She has always been fascinated by insurance and the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the industry. She enjoys interacting with her coworkers and clients, solving coverage questions and puzzles, and constantly learning. Kallie is driven, detail-oriented, and committed to providing her clients with the highest level of service possible.
Throughout her career, the biggest lessons Kallie has learned are to learn from her mistakes, utilize her resources, and advocate for herself and her clients. Her favorite part of her job is reviewing client accounts and analyzing how to improve their portfolios, both from an insurance/coverage standpoint and from a risk mitigation/claims prevention standpoint. She stays on top of trends such as advancing technology and increasing natural disasters to understand how they shape the market and adapts as needed.
Kallie double majored in Risk Management & Insurance and Finance at the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business. She is a native of Olney, Maryland, and has four siblings. She is working towards obtaining her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and was B. F. Saul’s Team MVP for 2021. Outside of work, Kallie loves to spend time with her family and friends, go on walks with her English bulldog, Mack, play pickleball and tennis, and travel to new places. She hopes to take her first trip to Europe soon!
