Dami Ajayi is a Vice President and Producer in B. F. Saul Insurance's Commercial Lines division. He brings more than a decade of industry experience and a specialty in real estate, nonprofit, and healthcare accounts.
Dami began his insurance career at ADP, where he spent nearly eight years writing workers' compensation policies for payroll clients. That foundation gave him a strong working knowledge of the mechanics of coverage and the importance of getting the details right. He went on to USI, where he broadened his expertise across industries and deepened his relationships with carriers and underwriters.
What drives Dami is a commitment to being a consistent, available, and knowledgeable resource for his clients. He takes an educator's approach to the work, helping clients understand their coverage options and the insurance landscape, particularly when market conditions are challenging. When hard markets drive costs up, he believes transparency and clear communication make a meaningful difference for the clients he serves.
Dami measures success through client retention and loyalty, and by his ability to advocate effectively when a client needs it most. That advocacy orientation, paired with a genuine enthusiasm for the business development process, shapes how he approaches each relationship.
Dami is a seven-time President's Club winner from his time at ADP and was recognized through USI's Real Estate Academy program. He also serves on the board of Pathways Housing Wellness Corporation. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
