With 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, Brianca Hoff brings deep expertise and a problem-solving mindset to her role as Assistant Vice President and Senior Account Manager on B. F. Saul Insurance’s Personal Lines team. After starting her career with direct carriers like Farmers and Nationwide, Brianca shifted to the independent agency side, where she’s spent the last 12 years specializing in high-net-worth clients and complex personal insurance portfolios.
Brianca's career has spanned roles including new business coordinator, assistant account manager, and account manager, but she thrives most in new business support—helping clients secure coverage that protects the assets they’ve built over a lifetime. She’s known for making complicated insurance concepts easy to understand and for being a “fixer”—someone clients can rely on when challenges arise.
Her clients benefit from her ability to take a 360-degree view of life moments and ask the right questions to uncover potential risks. In a constantly evolving market, Brianca is skilled at thinking outside the box and working closely with underwriters to deliver creative, effective solutions.
Brianca holds designations as a Personal Lines Coverage Specialist (PLCS) and an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR). Outside of work, she enjoys time with her three children and getting away to the beach or mountains whenever she can.
